Export to PCAP No Data

    I have the following problem.

     

    There is data and chart in the MTP's Analysis Page. But when try export to PCAP, there is no data.There is nearly 500,000 sessions and about 31 GB traffic volume for the logical port for two minutes period..

     

    For info, the ADA Console and ADA MTP are running on version 10.5.

     

    Can anyone help on what to check and investigate on?

    Saleh,

     

    This is generally due to an issue with your /data array either not being mounted or not functioning at all.

    Can you run a 'df' command on the box via command line and post the results here?
