    Hi All Experts,


    We had installed relay on windows machine,and it is showing running while we are clicking on Setting>Admin Console.



    As per below docops url


    Device Discovery - CA Digital Experience Insights - Infrastructure Management - CA Technologies Documentation 


    While Log in to DXI IM and navigate to Setup Wizard. Click Discover Devices, it is showing no relay hub available.  



    So why this unknown behavior is happening and how this will resolve, please let me know

    Try with restart of the relay hub

    Also check if any error in the install logs and if all prerequisites are done




    Port 443 on the system that hosts the relay hub must have outbound access to the Internet.
    Deep packet inspection should be turned OFF for port 443 to prevent tunnel communication issues between the relay hub and the cloud.

    In Admin Console, select the hub and then probes to see if the discovery_agent probe is there and activated.

    Thank You Very Much for your response!!


    We checked for the same and we are not able to see any kind of discover_agent probe is deployed or running in hub.



    Can you please let me know how will deploy discovery agent on this relay hub and how this discovery issue will be fix.

    hi Dharmender,

    Can you please increase the Relay Hub loglevel to "5" in hub.cfg and on the controller (controller.cfg) also?

    Please restart the Nimsoft service after.
