UMP Monitoring tab is showing various columns including name, status, last update, group, template and overwrite. See the screenshot.  I am expecting a configuration screen. How to change to screen to configuration mode. See the attachment name "config"

Hi Balkar, that looks like something has got a bit confused. I would reinstall the USM portlet or UMP as a whole if you keep getting that on the Monitoring tab.

Clear your cache in your browser as well.

    Cheers

    Rowan,

I have tried to patch mon_config_service and mon_config_service_teamplates with various other probes.

Tried to clear browser cache also

I would try to reinstall usm and ump if needed.

    Thanks

    Balkar Singh

    Hi Balkar!

    this can be 2 things:

     - You are using a StandAlone Server, like Primary Hub with UMP together at the same Server

     - Something wrong with the mon_config_service probe at the Primary Server.

I think that is the first option, is that right, are you using a StanAlone Server?

    Alex,

This is production env. ump and primary servers are separate.

    Thanks

    Hi Balkar,

I had the same problem.  turned out to be an ACL issue - logged in as a true admin and the correct options were all there.
