  • 1.  CABI Jasper Server 6.3 Installation Failing

    We are trying to install CA Business Intelligence Jasper Server 6.3. The current installation user is member of local admin group. Please see the attached screenshot and advise us with perspective solution of this problem.

    Is it a AD account or a local admin account ? I guess the AD account may not work with Jasper install. Please see below 

     

    Privilege check fails on jasper 6.3 install

    Hi Balkar,

     

    I imagine you tried this already from your description, but when you ran the setup.bat, did you "Run as Administrator"?

    HI kanba01 did the use of a local admin work?

    We have an AD group in the local admin group. Support suggested adding individual AD account to the local admin group to resolve that issue and it worked.
