  • 1.  Logmon_probe not picking up the port

    Hi everyone,

     

    Logmon-probe on my particular robot is continuously down. its not picking up the port, pid, ip .

    I have tried 

    1. validation

    2. activation - deactivation

    3. re-deployed the probe with different versions. 

     

    still the issue exists. logmon is the only probe creating this issue. 

     

    Kindly respond ,what could be done.

    Hi,

     

    Whats the OS? Also, what version of the probe?

     

    If you could upload your log file set to L3 that would also help.
