SNMP Collector Profile Export/Move?

Hello,

 

Is there any way to export SNMP collector profiles, or easily move them from one hub/robot to another? I found details on copying templates but not profiles.

Why would you want to move to another robot?

There currently is not export /move function.

In general you should not be monitoring the same device from two different SNMPC.

If you just want to move systems you can can deactivate the snmpc and the back up and move the whole directory

and then do a security validate on the new system.

Hello.

Profiles information is being saved into a file.

 

<UIM>/probes/network/snmpcollector/snmpcollector.mv.db

 

So if you move this file to another snmpcollector probe instance, you can duplicate the same profile.
