    you would need to attach the log file from the /tmp directory listed at the bottom of your screen shot for us to help you.

    the screen shot is really not enough to provide any insight.

    you are getting a java jull error

    I would suggest the following

    1) download a new installer and zip file

    2) make sure anti virus is disabled

    3) delete the nimsoft directory you have currently

    4) make sure you right click and run the installer as administrator.
