Hitachi probe error

    While testing connection using given credentials I am getting an error "Unexpected application error occured. resultPDS is null. Parameter name: resultPDS". Snapshot of error is attached.

    most common causes are either the port or Namespace is wrong.

    5989 is the default port when ssl is used, but it is possible for that to be chanced at the device.

    telnet can be used to verify communication via the port.

    also a good idea to verify the namespace as well with the storage admin.

    Thanks for your response Dave. I have asked for details from storage admin. I hope this will eliminate the error.
