Cluster Probe error

Hi All,

 

I am working on cluster probe and as checked & found one instance in cluster is showing down. Also as checked the logs we are getting failed: communication error

Now can anyone help me on below points:-

1. How to stop alerts of instance showing down on node.

2. What steps can be performed to remove error.

What sort of cluster?

is the node running a robot? if yes are the probes reporting correctly?

Are you sure the node is not actually down of suffering communication issues.

we would need to analyse the logs to determine the cause of the error, ths would best be done over a support case. have you already raised one
