    Hi,

       I am just looking to customize my mail alarms. want to remove some of the fields and send a plain alarm that this IP is down or up.

    You need to modify the emailgtw templates , they are located at the below location

     

    \Program Files (x86)\Nimsoft\probes\gateway\emailgtw

     

    use the updated template when creating the profile in emailgtw

    Thanks i was able to change the templates, but can you let me know how to change the Subject.(i.e Mail subject to be same as $Messgae). is it possible to do it. Also i want to group the Mail and Alarms based on the device category or description. for eg if the device is a server and i have grouped all the server in a single group then any alrams raised from the group should go only to server monitoring group. likewise we can do it for ICMP, netwrok etc..
