    Kindly let us know if tool has an option of monitoring physical CPU used by the LPAR in UIM.

    Hello,

    I assume you are referring to z/OS LPAR monitoring using UIM zops probe.

    The following LPAR related metrices are available:

    LPAR (Logical Partitioning)
    Last update April 18, 2017
    The zops probe generates alerts and publishes metrics for LPARs, based on the data fetched from the CIM server. The probe lets you monitor the usage of an LPAR.

    The following table describes the QoS metrics that you can configure for LPAR monitoring.

    LPAR CPU Usage % QOS_LPAR_TOTAL_CPU_USAGE_PCT Percent Percentage of defined CPU used by this LPAR v1.0
    LPAR zAAP Usage % QOS_LPAR_ZAAP_USAGE_PCT Percent Percentage of total zAAP usage in an LPAR v1.0
    LPAR zAAP CP Usage % QOS_LPAR_ZAAP_ON_CP_USAGE_PCT Percent Percentage of the zAAP CP usage in an LPAR v1.0
    LPAR CP Usage % QOS_LPAR_CP_USAGE_PCT Percent Percentage of total CP usage in an LPAR v1.0
    LPAR zIIP CP Usage % QOS_LPAR_ZIIP_ON_CP_USAGE_PCT Percent Percentage of the zIIP CP usage in an LPAR v1.0
    LPAR zIIP Usage % QOS_LPAR_ZIIP_USAGE_PCT Percent Percentage of total zIIP usage in an LPAR v1.0
