NFA 9.3.6 Error after installation

Hi,

 

We installed NFA Version 9.3.6 in distributed deployment.

1. Harvester
2. NFA Console installed sucessfully.

 

After that we add Harversterv IP and description in System>Harvester tab.

 

We are facing below attached error when we click on administrator tab.

 

When we click on Harvester -

 

 

When we click on Reporter-

 

Please suggest how these errors get resolved.

These are monitored by SNMP.

You need an SNMP service running on the Harvester and Reporter Servers.

You also need to configure the Watchdog service with the correct community string.

Few services which are not present in NFA console services tab are.

 

• CA NFA File Server (are not availiable in NFA console services tab)
• CA NFA Pump (are not availiable in NFA console services tab)

• CA NFA Pump (are not availiable in havester services not in NFA console services tab)
• CANFADNS/SNMP Proxies ( are not availiable in NFA console services tab )
• NetQOS NQMySql  ( are not availiable in NFA console services tab )

 

How can we add above NFA console & harvester services which are not availiable in service tab. 

Please suggest what's the issue and how it would be resolved.

 If all NetQoS Services are running
 
 If the community name "public" is set in SNMP Service/Security
 
 If community String "public" is set on NFA web page/Administration/Watchdog

Those Services that you are not able to see, is not related to Harvester Server, but NFA Console Server.

I Would recommend you to open a CA Support Ticket to check more details in the environment, if is a corrupted installation and check logs.

I found antivirus running at the time of installation, it could be the reason. I have uninstalled CA NFA 9.3.6 and proceeding with fresh install of CA NFA 9.3.7.

On Windows there is a hidden directory C:\Program Files(x86)\Zero G Registry that needs to be deleted before reinstalling.
