We are using UIM Version 8.5.1 and we want to integrate with NFA Version 9.3.7.
The problem we are facing is that when we select product from drop down list
FYI when we select SP3 & SP6 in Select a Gen level drop-down list, we are able to see all appropriate packages but for SP7 there are no packages avaliable.
So my question is that why we are not able get packages for NFA 9.3.7 when we select SP7 ??
How can we resolve this,so that we can download packages for NFA 9.3.7.
Kindly suggest and do needful.
Hi Jagdish, I have reached out to product management to get this corrected.
I'm seeing some issues with this download path, as well.
I'll try to update this thread when the issue is confirmed resolved.
Thanks for the update, now we are able to see all the packages in SP7.
MCX.1 This issue should now be resolved. Please try again to confirm you are able to download NFA 9.3.7
I'm looking to upgrade to NFA 9.3.7 but under "CA Network Flow Analysis - MULTI-PLATFORM" the highest version available is 9.3 SP6.
Any ideas why this could be?
Same here….it was there last week I downloaded it, has it been withdrawn?
Just yesterday I had a conversation with someone from support. It turns out that had a bug in it, important enough to be withdrawn. I don't know the details, I just asked the guy from support to transmit to the team to have an announcement published somewhere about this. I searched for it, I could not find it.
I was informed to postpone my installation for some short time.
This is what I do not understand, if the bug is that serious to pull the product, why is it not communicated, we have downloaded and installed in our testing environment and had no issues, had I not seen this we would have pressed on with the deployment and then possibly experienced issues.
CA this is disappointing and happens far too often.

We apologize for the inconvenience. We are currently working on a communication. This will be posted to the communities as soon as possible.
What about the fix? When it will be published the updated 9.3.7? It's been missing for more than a month now.
