    exchange_monitor probe is not sending any alerts in UIM even though all configurations are done and required monitoring profiles are configured and selected.

    Hi,

     

    So do other alarms from that robot show up? From The same hub? So we can know if the issue comes from the hub or robot. Then if they do look in the NAS to see if any profiles are closing the alarms. You can do a test alarm from the NAS that imitates the probe/robot so we can know if a  AO profile. Also check dr Nimbus to see if alarms are leaving that hub.

     

    So as you can see from above it will take some investigating, but one you narrow down the were the problem is (hub, robot, probe, NAS) it will be easy to fix.

     

    Let us know here so we can continue troubleshooting.

    If the issue is specific to DAG alarms and if you are using the exchange_monitor probe version 5.31 then it could be a issue with the probe.

     

    I had a similar issue few months back with the DAG alarms and was asked to downgrade and use version 5.20 probe at that time . I am not sure if this issue is fixed in the new releases but check the version which you are using .

     

    If the DAG profile is properly configured and working you should see the DAG cluster appearing under DAG Details under DAG Tab

    We are already using an older version of exchange_monitor probe (v 5.13). Also the required DAG profiles have been selected , AO profile is configured in nas probe as well as email IDs have been added in emailgtw probe. But still email alerts are not sent.

    v 5.13 is way too old one (October 2014) , try a bit new version 

     

    Also what is the version of Exchange you are using ?

     

    exchange_monitor probe depends on ntevl probe to fetch and monitor the DAG events for certain profiles, hope you already have it installed?

     

    As mentioned earlier, you should be able to see the Data Availaibility Group displayed under DAG Tab if properly configured, do you see that?

     

    Just out of curiosity do you have the below enabled under Setup tab?
