  • 1.  UMP Issue

    Hi,

     

    We are using UIM 8.5.1 

     

    • UMP robot is missing in IM.
    • When we logged in UMP portal USM shows below attached error.

     

     

    Please kindly suggest and do needful how it would get resolved.

    Firstly, let's fix the missing ump robot.

    Logon to the ump server, restart the nimbus robot watcher server and have a look in the controller.log.

    The robot.cfg on that robot should be pointing to the primary hub.

    If you cannot see the problem, post both these files after the restart.

    wasp probe log showing errors

    Do you have a separate CABI robot, alongside the UMP robot?

    In IM console > tools > find > search on the ump robot's name.

    It might have gotten moved under a different hub.
