  • 1.  Integration CA SDM 12.6 with CA UIM 8.5.1

    Hi,

     

    I am doing CA SDM 12.6 integration with CA UIM 8.5.1, after doing the procedure indicated on the CA page http://docs.nimsoft.com/prodhelp/en/Probes/Catalog/casdgtw/2.3/casdgtw- 2.3.pdf.  When assigning an alarm to the created user, I observe in the log of the probe the following fault (txt adjunt).

     

    The version de probe CASDgtw 2.51.

     

    Config:

     

     

    Has anyone had this happen? May I help you evaluate what may be happening.

    Hello Richard, can you please follow this procedure to open the critical alarm on the CA service desk.

    First create a user on the CA UIM as the same as the service desk at you case is _nimsoft.

    Create on the NAS a profile on the AO as assign (action type) Assign to _nimsoft, severity level critical, action mode on overdue age 10s.

    This automatically will rotate the all critical alarm for the user _nimsoft at service desk.

    On the CASDGTW at the NAS field set the nas path for the probe nas on the primary.

    at General

    choose the service desk version
    Server name http path
    user name
    passwork and test.

    the second stage leave as default and just on the closed Ticket Status at you case choose Encerrado.

    check box the Enale Incident Activity Logging

    Edit alarm choose critical and decide what you want to be on the SD side.

    Field map you can leave empty.

    Ticket Assignment choose the service desk group

    configuration item Status leave empty.

    This way now you can see you alarm.

    It is giving me an error in the connection to servicedesk, at the moment of trying to create the incident. This can be seen in the code attached.
