Hi Yusuf,
also, please verify if there is any actual qos being recorded. Go into the performance report designer and select on of the machines to generate a report for the current date, it his shows data it means that the qos is not correctly aligned with the device you see in USM, and the first document that Britta posted should resolve that.
If there is no qos in the report, you would need to find out why there is no qos being gathered on those machines.
