CDM Probe Issue

    Hi Team,


    I have deployed the CDM 5.80MC on some devices.

    But in UMP, while for those devices under Metrics tab nothing is coming.



    What could be the reason. Can anyone help me to resolve his issue.

    Hi Yusuf,


    also, please verify if there is any actual qos being recorded. Go into the performance report designer and select on of the machines to generate a report for the current date, it his shows data it means that the qos is not correctly aligned with the device you see in USM, and the first document that Britta posted should resolve that.


    If there is no qos in the report, you would need to find out why there is no qos being gathered on those machines.

    Please take a look this to understand inner behavior how USM resolves metrics mapping to a device.

    How does USM map device inventory and metrics / Performance Data ?
