  • 1.  UMP showing "you are signed in as 'user name'" for Nimbus accounts

    If UMP not taking nimbus user on private pages after login and showing "you are already logged in as 'username'", although user is not logged in anywhere.

     

    Also found that user accounts created in UMP can login without any issue and only nimbus users having this issue.

     

    Please suggest what is the reason of this issue and how we can rectify this issue.

    I believe this was caused by the personal pages being delete.

    it was not actually a login issue but an issue with the normal landing pages being missing.

    Once these were restored expected behavior was returned.

     

    If that is not correct Manish please update us with the how this was corrected

    This is absolutely right, because of private pages were missing after login it was not taking to UMP private pages console.
