How to map tl1 alarms in spectrum

I got a tl1map dump from a tl1 device and i see few alarms that are not currently mapped. Do i have to create a separate events ( generate alarm/ clear alarm) in the event configuration  and add those in the dump file and import them or how does it work.

 

Very new to this. Any suggestions would help

You can use the Spectrum MibTools for importing MIBs and generate alarm and event definitions.
