  • 1.  Forbidden Access to Portlet SDK?

    Posted Dec 20, 2015 09:29 PM

I want to make a custom portlet since the current dashboard portlet not meet with the customer requirements.

But when I visited the page I got message error "Forbidden 403".

I already login too before I access it.

Is this SDK available for all user? or only for CA Employee?

It looks like it is not CA Internal only and is available to Partners and developers. However that site is for documentation only and the SDK is not available from there. There is probably some registration as a developer that is needed to have the SDK supplied to you.

    Thanks DavidM for your reply.

Can partner get access to the documentation since the web is forbidden access? or I must login as developer so i can read the documentation?

Because i think i need to read the documentation even i have the SDK.

Last time something like this came up the user was instructed to open a support case for the product 'my ca' and access was corrected. However as a partner there should be a CA rep assigned to your organization who can facilitate this and ensure everything else is as it should be.
