Hi all,

 

Am not able to open UMP. It is  not Opening even wasp probe is running fine.

 

 

Can anyone suggest me how to resolve this issue.

I would suggest the following

1) deactivate wasp

2) use raw config to set loglevel to 3 and logsize to 35000

3) clear the current wasp.log and portal.log

4) rename the wasp\work folder to wasp\work_old

5) rename the wasp\webapps\root to wasp\webapps\root_old

6) activate wasp.

7) when you have a port and pid try to login

8) if you get the same error check the portal.log and wasp.log and open a case with support.
