IM version post UIM 8.2

Hi,

We have just upgraded UIM to v 8.2

The IM with respect to this version is 4.10 (please correct if I m wrong).

The IM installer that we have run, did run successfully but still shows the same version of previous UIM i.,e.4.08

 

Any idea from where to install the 4.10 installer?

Or will it work post a restart of system?

may need to uninstall  IM and restart the server and the install again from the Nimsoft\install\setup directory

We are facing the same issue.

Will there be any information loss- robots reporting/probes deployed/packages created?

Are there any backups we need to maintain before uninstalling?

worked with Deepika,  we re run the installation and it has worked successfully and now she is able to see the latest version of IM Console (4.10),
All probes and packages are intact.

Uninstalling IM only should have no impact on anything in the system as far as deployed probes or packages.

But with anything it is always good to have a known good backup before doing any uninstall or install.
