Can CABI Server and Unified Reporter share server?

Hello,

 

We are currently moving from UIM 8.2 > 8.51 and realize there's some additional hardware changes needed.

 

We wan't to add UR and additionally the CABI server require's it's own robot/server.

 

* Has anyone configured both UR and the CABI server's on the same box/robot? Will this work? (doesn't break doc requirements).

 

* What is your current setup, and does it work?

UR has to be installed on the UMP machine.

No testing has been done installing UR along side of the CABI server that I am aware of.

As UR is being fazed out I would not expect to see that supported.

Hi all,

 

I have a similar question. I had already installed CABI JasperReport Server 6.2. to use it for CA SOI  reporting and would like also to use it with CA UIM.

Is it possible to use the existing CABI installation or we have to install UR separately?

Hi All,

in case it helps, I have a box where UR and CABI coexist in same database and I have not detected any problem but, as Gene said, this does not mean it is a supported setup.
