  • 1.  how to use best the db2 probe

    Hello,

    we would like to understand which are the probe features to monitor standard db2 metrics .

    I:E: we would like to monitor heap memory, HADR_STATUS etc.
     Any suggestions?

    the metrics that are available vai the db2 probe are listed here:

    However, regarding the HADR status, this is currently not supported. From what I understand this is available in DB2 version 11.0 and higher and the current probe supports DB2 versions 10.1 and 10.5. only (see db2 (DB2 Database Monitoring) - CA Unified Infrastructure Management Probes - CA Technologies Documentation ).
