    Hi anyone,

    I already setting the topology following this instruction Topology and Root Cause Analysis User Guide 8.0 and I use default value for each configuration.

    I can discover the device and found 57 devices (router + computer).

    But when I open the relationship viewer, my pointer always show loading icon.

    I already wait for more than15 hours but it still loading.

    How to fix / troubleshoot this issue?

     

    My topology agent log shows nothing.

    Hi Alexander,

     

    If you have everything configured correctly, this sounds like a memory allocation issue to me.

    How much memory have you committed to the wasp probe?

    You can see the current allocation in the probe's configuration GUI - setup tab.

     

    Do you see any different behavior if you raise (I usually recommend doubling, if possible) the memory settings?

     

    There are a few log files that might have information on any errors that could be occurring.

    Check out the wasp.log(s) and portal.log(s), found in the $Path\Nimsoft\probes\service\wasp directory on the UMP server.
