We have the Primary HUB with two interfaces, one for management and one for remote access to the servers. After installing UIM we noticed that it is using the IP from the remote access network to listen instead of using the management network. How does UIM select which NIC to use? And how can we change it?
Have you tried setting the specific IP Address in the controller probe of Primary Hub?
In the Setup TAB, select IP sub-TAB
In Robot IP address, select "Set specific address(es) (override) option and supply the IP address.
