UMP - Communication Error - nametoip

Hi All,

 

We are getting the below error when we login to the UMP console. Currently we are running on Secondary hub and i have updated manually the wasp,dap and dashboard_engine probes to point to secondary hub but no luck.

Its a Generic Error, can be many things.

 

What is the UMP/UIM version?

Is this started after any change?

What do you mean with Secondary Hub? the UMP is at a Secondary Hub?

 

Can you try/verify:

 

- Activate all the core probes in Secondary UIM server like mpse, service_host, discovery_server etc.
- Verifify and corrected all required probe's addresses in wasp.cfg, ump_common section.
- Deactivate dap, dashboard_engine, wasp and activated dap, dashboard_engine and wasp.

 

If the issue persists, then please:

 

Set the wasp and udm in log level 5 and logsize 45000

Get this logs for further info:

udm_manager.log
portal.log
wasp.log
