CA Spectrum HTTP POST Associations XML

    I am looking for an HTTP Post equivalent of the following HTTP Get call:

     

    http://10.0.0.1/spectrum/restful/associations/relation/0x10004/model/0x5717C8B?side=left

     

    I would ideally like to be able to get relations for multiple models at once, and to be able to filter the related models that are returned.  If anyone could help me out, that would be greatly appreciated!
