    Hi Team,

     

    I have receiving below error while deploying templates on a Linux server:

     

    CAAM8560 Failed to get list of templates

     

    I am able to deploy templates on other servers successfully. I also tried deleting and adding the server to VAIM application and also restarting the services on the target server but still observing the same error message.

     

    Please help me to resolve the same if anybody have come across the same error.

    Hi @dharmesh.shah1,

    I would recommend opening up a case with our Support Team to identify the root cause of the error. This error is sometimes seen with duplicate templates or old templates that were deleted.

    Please include the following details when creating the Support Case

    1) Version of VAIM

    2) directory listing of ProgramData\CA\SM folder, the command is: dir /s ProgramData\CA\SM > dir.out
