We have intergrated CA SD 14.1 with CA UIM 8.1 . We are able to get the tickets in CA SD 14.1 for the alarms generated in CA UIM 8.1 . However if the alarms is getting cleared in CA UIM we are not able to auto close the tickets in CA SD. Also the acknowledgment of alarm in CA UIM is not working fine. Please do let me know what can be done
Hello Amol, while looking through the community threads I came over this old unanswered question. We have seen such behaviors in cases of UIM manual probe configuration The problem was the ticket queue, that was created manually, after deleting it, the behavior was correct. And you may have this problem when tickets are opened on behalf different users.
