The date/time format in the Infrastructure Manager Alarms Subconsole appear by default is mm/dd/yy hh:mm. If you need to see it in a different format please follow these steps:
Right click on any 'Time' column -> Properties.
You will be able to choose from several OOTB formats:
Should none of them be what you are looking for, working with variations of the following string can be helpful: %d/%m/%Y %H:%M:%S. This will return: dd/mm/yyy hh:mm. In the following document you will find different ways to adjust this format according to your needs: http://php.net/manual/en/function.date.php
The changes have to be done on every column and on every IM in the infrastructure.

Any idea how this can be done in the USM console?
We need/want the date/time in a format like: dd/mm/yyyy hh:mm:ss
(and PLEASE not with the PM and AM indications!!)
This isn't available as far as I'm aware.
You could raise an Idea for the developers to consider implementing. And I fully agree on the 24hrs format.
