unable to integrate CABI with SOI

  • 1.  unable to integrate CABI with SOI

    Hi,

     

    while integrating with SOI on UI admin page. I get the following error.

     

    "Validation of the report server connection failed. This may be due to the

    report server being offline."

     

    But the report server is online and able to get into the infoview page.

     

    Please let me know to resolve this issue.
