Hi folks,
I have a customer intending to monitor blackberry email message response time. To my best understanding , the statistics provided by SNMP monitoring of BES server is only restricted to Server side monitoring since the router on the end devices do not send any connection information to the central server, so it will not be available from BES Server.
Is it possible to leverage email_response probe to capture the email response time information, can anyone confirm this or have implemented or have any other solution to capture this information.
