    Hi All,

If we have around 100 nodes (we will install the robots on these 100 nodes) and we want to keep the QoS data default setting. Can I propose three servers:

    1. Primary Hub Server

    2. DB Server

    3. UMP Server

Is it necessary to setup secondary hub? How many nodes can primary hub handle?

    Cheers,

    Hi,

Your setup seems appropriate. One hub can handle many more robot than 100. If you get a lot of people subscribers on the hub, you might need a secondary hub, but I bet you'll be just fine with the proposed setup.

Are you can just switch over to a *nix system and don't have to worry about the subscriber issues.

    hi,

we have big ENV (500 robots + many other monitors) and i use only 1 hub - it works great..)

i can just advise you - if you are planing to have remote monitors such as net connect, celerra, clariion act. - i suggest to use another different server to those monitors - and to configue properly any memory for each probe..
