  • 1.  udp port monitoring via ie net_connect

Net_connect only monitors TCP ports. I'm at a prospect site where they'd like to monitor UDP port availability. Anyone have experience using any of our other probes or mechanisms to accomplish this...if so, how?

Do they need to do it locally or remotely? If locally they could do a pretty basic script via netstat and logmon, if they need to test it remotely they'll need to use another CLI option - I did a quick search and there appears to be a number of options out there, let me know if you need specifics though.

They want it remotely. What are those CLI options? Thanks.
