Ecometer Dashbaord

Hi 

I took backup of following file and restored on my new Ecometer Server and also changed config.xml with my new server host name but I am not able to view my Dashbaord in New Sever

 

Development views are located in
ecoMeter_apache-tomcat_conf\ecoMeter\development\pages\MainLayeredView.
■ Production views are located in
ecoMeter_apache-tomcat_conf\ecoMeter\production\pages\MainLayeredView.
■ Gateway configuration file (gateway.xml) and mapping definitions are located in
ecoMeter_apache-tomcat_conf\gateway and subdirectories.
■ Gateway calculation scripts are located in
ecoMeter_apache-tomcat_conf\gateway\calculations.

 

 

 

Please update how I will get my Dashboard from old server to New Server.

Hi Chandeswar,

 

Below are the steps to followed for migrating SNMP profiles and Device Instances to new server.

 

To migrate the snmp templates and devices you will need to copy the files
from the folder snmp in:
C:\Program Files (x86)\CA\ecoMeter\apache-tomcat\conf\gateway

And the file DeviceInstance.xml from
C:\Program Files (x86)\CA\ecoMeter\apache-tomcat\conf\gateway
