Administrator Control Panel No Longer Available

UMP 1.5.1GA:

I'm not sure exactly what happened, but the control panel link is no longer available to the administrator login. How do I get to the control panel?

You may have applied the "Read Only" skin, I think this removes that option for all users, including the Admin.

 

The key to changing it out will be to get back into the "Manage Pages" screen.

 

Here is the path to mine, if you hack it up to use your path it might work.

Other option is to call support and see if they can assist.

The Look And Feel was still set to the default UMP, but I switched it to a Classic look and the control panel showed up again. When I go into the control panel as administrator, none of the user or group managment links are available - it's as if the administrator is no longer an admin anymore, but I'll create another post for that.
