It appears one of my Spectro Servers (main location server) did not go down gracefully over the weekend and I had to restore the database from a previous saved copy. The database appears to be running however the Events service shows a status of "Down" and is displayed in red. I stopped the Archive Manager via the control panel and restarted it saying yes to remove lock and re-initialize. I see ArchMgr.exe*32 running as a process on my server. Is this OK? Does it take time for the service to catch up? Still shows down and red in One Click.
