    Hi,

at a customer we have to move to Multiple microsoft active directory domains in EEM (12.6.0.5).

After the change to multiple domains Process Automation is the only application which cannot login.

All other EEM-integrated applications (USS/SDM/SLCM) work fine.

When trying to login to CA Process Automation (4.3.03) we get the error 'No authentication policy for the user'

EEM components and PAM have been restarted with no effect.

Following configuration is working for all applications:

This one does not work for PAM:

    Any ideas?

    Many thanks,

    Peter

Log into EEM (Application - Process Automation) as EiamAdmin.

Go to the Manage Identities tab

Find the user with which you are trying to log into Process Automation.

Make sure the user has been added to one or more Application Groups (e.g. PAMAdmins, PAMUsers)
