Process Automation AGENT [Drive Access]

    Hi all,


    We have set up the CA Process Automation AGENT and it appears to be working. We are returning any data without any problems from the C-drive location. However we store almost all of our critical data on the D-drive and need to access it as well.


    The operator does not appear to accept direct directory locations such as D:\. How do you access this from the operator using the agent so that we can manipulate files in that area?

    Is the agent running under Local System?


    We have all our agents installed as Local System, and they don't have any issues accessing all the drives on our Windows Servers.
