    Hi All,

How to generate ehealth report from ITPAM. CA ehealth connector module is integrated with ITPAM.

I am using Run Report operator to run the report.I am getting the error  (attached).

    Error Details:

'"nhReport"' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
    operable program or batch file.
failed to start program "nhReport" - verify path and extensions

    Regrads,
    Amala

    Hello!

Could you please open the Thread in the ITPAM Community:

    Here is:

    CA Process Automation

Is this happen to other Devices localy at eHealth or just from ITPAM?

It seems a customization issue, and maybe you will need to engage the CA Services, not sure.

    Thanks for catching that Alex!

I've moved the thread to the CA Process Automation community. Hopefully an answer is found to assist Amala.

Amala - the nhReport command is an eHealth command. If it is not running then you may need to open an issue with the eHealth team.

Are you able to run nhReport from the command line and have it return information?

    Hi Amala,

I believe that this command is not mapped (if you indeed install ehealth), when you try to run this via cmd on your server does it work? or you get the same error? Maybe is just a PATH problem.

    Balling,

If you ran nhReport -h, what you got?

Send this outputs with the eHealth install user:

    env

    nhReport-h

    nhDbStatus

    nhshowrev
