Remove PAM Agents

Hi all,

 

I've just reviewed the technical document on removing agents in PAM found here. But the servers on which the agents were installed on, have been decommissioned, and PAM doesn't provide the Delete button to delete the agents.

 

I've quarantined the agents but that didn't help either in deleting them. Any suggestions?

Hi,

 

To remove the Agent, you have to lock your "Domain" and "Environment" both, then you have to right click on the particular Agent that has to be deleted and you can now see the delete option visible there.
