I have taken my next step in building a workflow.  I was able to use the OOTB examples to send an email, with an example URL (to the task).  However when I click the link, this error is displayed "You do not have sufficient permissions to reply to the task."  Not sure what permission I need to add (in EIAM I believe) and to which object(s).  Any insight is appreciated!

The workflow is attached to a Request Area and when I created a new request with that category, the email was sent.

Just wanted to add some clarification.

    Hi Celso,

If this is indeed a EEM permission problem, and it's a dev environment, you go ahead to EEM server, select the Process Automation App > Login > Manage Identities > Search for your user and add these permission, so basically you can do anything.

    #caembeddedentitlementsmanager(eem)

You can find more about it here: Grant Administrators Access to CA EEM - CA Process Automation - 4.3 - CA Technologies Documentation

    Thank you!

That did allow me to get past the error, but I will take this one group at a time for my Prod system.

    Thanks again!
