  • 1.  Delete DNS Entry

    Hi,

     

    How to automate process using ITPAM to remove a server from DNS. What are the steps to achieve it.

     

    I am adding the PAM process SRF in Incident category, and will try to invoke pam job when any incident submitted with the category.

    Hi Amala,

     

    Process Automation doesn't have an operator or connector that will manipulate DNS.  So you would need to find an application outside of PAM that can do this and then make a call to that application from PAM. I did a quick google search for something like this and got lots of interesting hits.  Here is my google search:
