Run Script Operator With Linux Touchpoint

Hi Team,

 

I am facing an issue with the execution of the run script operator.

 

Actually i have installed the itpam agent on RHEL 6 Server. And I configured the touch-point with the agent.

 

When i am trying to execute the shell script using run script operator with the help of the linux agent. It is in execution mode for more than a hour. Even it is not failed.

 

When i analysed the log of the itpam server. I have seen the below error message.

#!/bin/sh

echo 'ArunKumar'

 

I have enclosed the error log which i captured from the c2o directory.

 

Kindly let me know how to resolve this issue.

Please check Help>About in the Process Automation GUI and let us know the exact version of PAM you are running.

The exact version of the PAM is : 4.2 SP01

 

Kindly let us know which version will support this feature.

 

Kindly help us to resolve this issue.
