I have integrated CA SOI and Remedy by CA Process Automation.
I have configurationdatase as below:

I would like post some values from CA SOI for the yellow highlighted (Configuration Dataset), but I could not populate the values to remedy.
Here's the action from CA SOI:

Here's the Incident Ticket from Remedy

As we can see in the above picture, I could not populate values for field Assignee, AssignedSupportOrg, AssignedGroup, CatTier 1, Catier2, Catier 3.
Do you have any idea for this issue?
