    Hi Guys,

I have CA SOI 3.2 and I've integrated it with Remedy. I have requirements to use multiple configuration dataset to grouping the alert based on domain manager.

Is it possible using multiple process and configuration dataset for SOI - Remedy?

    Best Regards,

    Okik Setianto

    Okik,

Can we please get more details on what you are asking for?  Is your question regarding Process and Dataset design within the CA Process Automation software, or is this a dataset within SOI or remedy?

    Hi Michael,

I have integrated CA SOI and Remedy by CA Process Automation.

    I have configurationdatase as below:

I would like post some values from CA SOI for the yellow highlighted (Configuration Dataset), but I could not populate the values to remedy.

Here's the action from CA SOI:

Here's the Incident Ticket from Remedy

As we can see in the above picture, I could not populate values for field Assignee, AssignedSupportOrg, AssignedGroup, CatTier 1, Catier2, Catier 3.

Do you have any idea for this issue?

    Best Regards,

    Okik
