I have CA SOI 3.2 and I've integrated it with Remedy. I have requirements to use multiple configuration dataset to grouping the alert based on domain manager.
Is it possible using multiple process and configuration dataset for SOI - Remedy?

I would like post some values from CA SOI for the yellow highlighted (Configuration Dataset), but I could not populate the values to remedy.

As we can see in the above picture, I could not populate values for field Assignee, AssignedSupportOrg, AssignedGroup, CatTier 1, Catier2, Catier 3.
Do you have any idea for this issue?
