  • 1.  SDM Connectors in PAM

    When people are talking about SDM connectors, am I supposed to see them in the list of operators on the left within the PAM Designer?  I don't have them, so I think I'm missing something.

    Yes, there is a Service Desk connector ISO that you will need to get.  It can be found under the Download section of support.ca.com under CA Service Desk Manager.  For 14.1 you are looking for:

    Process Management for Workflows - CA Service Desk and CA CMDB Connectors - 4/2014

    DVD04092812E.iso

    I'm not the administrator of the system, but just so I'm aware, can this simply be applied on an existing install?

    Yes, I believe you will just shut down the Orchestrator, run the installation executable and the connector will be available once you have started the Orchestrator back up.
