Modify PAM Service Desk Connector

    Using Service Desk r12.7 cum2 and PAM 4.2 SP01. Implemented Service Desk Connector successfully and it works.


    There is an operator in the connector named "Set Change Order Status". In the ServiceDesk Basic Parameters section of the operator there is a dropdown, New Status, that has 9 possible selections. If I want to add some more selections, where do I go to do that?

    You cannot just add to the existing operator.

    You will need to create a custom operator from one of the existing base operators.   At its simplest you will choose New > Custom Operator, then select the Set Change Order Status operator as the base operator.   You will then get a designer screen that looks similar to the form designer where you can modify your new operator as needed.
