    Process automation 4.x

    Can we automate the creation Virtual machine(VM) task with PAM workflow?

    CA has connectors/custom operators for connecting VMware host creating workflow.

    any one here achieved this kind of request. please share your thoughts on this.

    Hi Venkat,

    This is a pretty common use case for PAM.  Often times PAM is used in conjunction with CA Service Catalog or another catalog or homegrown portal to enable self service for servers.

    We have CA Service Desk Manager with IT PAM 4 , is there any latest document such on this particularity ,please share if you have.

    There is a vSphere connector for PAM that comes with its own documentation.  Note that this does not fall under the PAM entitlement that comes with CA SDM and requires a full license to PAM.
