To receive the $50 Amazon gift card (“Gift Card”), you must be one of the first fifteen participants to attend a phone meeting with CA Technologies as specified in the phone meeting invitation referencing this Gift Card incentive and you must accept the terms and conditions of these Official Rules (the “Rules”). The Gift Card will be delivered via email as an e-card code. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
It is your responsibility to ensure that acceptance of the Gift Card does not violate any laws or regulations of any kind, including but not limited to any Code of Conduct, conflict of interest, or gift policies in effect at your company.
The Gift Card may be subject to tax. In applicable jurisdictions, you are responsible for reporting and paying all taxes, if any, from all applicable jurisdictions levied on account of the receipt of Gift Card.
You release and agree to hold harmless CA Technologies and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, vendors and agents, from any and all claims, demands, actions, liability, losses or damages, costs and expenses of any kind, whether to person or property, direct or indirect, with respect to the conduct of, or participation in this meeting and/or caused by or resulting from the acceptance, possession, use, misuse or non-use of the Gift Card.
To the maximum extent provided by applicable law, and notwithstanding anything provided herein suggesting the contrary, the Gift Card is made available on an “AS IS” basis without any warranty from CA Technologies.
In the event that the above liability limitation is found to be invalid under applicable law, then the total liability of any kind of CA Technologies or any of its agents to you in relation to this Gift Card in any manner shall be limited to $5.00 USD.
